1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“DefoHub”, “we”, “us”), operator of defohub.com and its related apps and services (the “Platform”). By passing the age check, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, leave the Platform.

2. Eligibility & age

The Platform contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and only where accessing such material is lawful. You must complete any age assurance check we require, and we may re-run that check at any time. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are terminated immediately and their content removed.

3. Your account

Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. Do not sell, rent, or share account access.
Tell us at support@defohub.com about any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance

The following are absolutely prohibited on the Platform, with no warning, no strike, and no appeal on the merits of the ban:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction, real or simulated, of a minor in a sexual context, including material presenting an adult as a minor.
Non-consensual content — recordings made or shared without the consent of everyone depicted, “revenge porn”, hidden-camera, deepfaked or face-swapped sexual imagery, and depictions of real coercion or rape.
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation.
Bestiality, necrophilia, or content involving serious real-world violence or injury.
Incest, drug-facilitated sex, and content depicting a genuinely incapacitated person.
Doxxing, harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, malware, scraping, or circumventing paywalls or our security.

We remove such material, terminate the accounts involved, preserve evidence, and report to law enforcement and to NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where the law requires or permits it. Report anything you see via our Complaint & Abuse Policy.

5. Creator obligations

If you upload, sell, or broadcast content, you additionally warrant that:

You have completed creator identity verification and are the person on your verified ID.
You own or have licensed every right needed to publish, distribute, and monetise the content.
Every performer was at least 18 at the time of production, gave informed, documented, revocable consent to the recording and to its publication and sale, and is covered by the records described in our §2257 statement.
You maintain those age and consent records for the period required by law and will produce them to us within 72 hours of request. Failure to do so results in removal of the content.
You label content accurately and do not misrepresent participants or scenarios.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant DefoHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, encode, store, cache, display, and transmit it solely to operate, promote, and moderate the Platform. The licence ends when the content is removed, except for copies we must retain for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Pay-per-view purchases, tips, and unlockable messages are one-off and are consumed on delivery.

Because purchases give immediate access to digital content, they are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where the content was not delivered, was materially misdescribed, or was removed for violating these Terms. Request a refund within 14 days at support@defohub.com. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery of amounts owed. Creator payouts are paid on the schedule shown in Studio, net of the disclosed platform fee, and may be held while a compliance or chargeback review is open.

7. Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or withhold payouts if you breach these Terms or the law, or if we must do so to protect users, processors, or the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — licences we must retain, payment obligations, disclaimers, and governing law — do.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Creator content is the responsibility of the creator, not DefoHub, and we make no warranty about its accuracy or legality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DefoHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or [CAP AMOUNT]. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
